Strike Zone is funded by Janella Carter. Charity Events are held here every once in a while but it's main purpose is bowling. Got a huge family? Bring them on down. Laser Tag, Indoor Batting Cage, Arcade, and a small area for children under 5 included.

The local community kitchen that serves food three times a day to the less fortunate. Humans and hybrids who may be down on their luck are more than encouraged to come here. Students that attend Carter Gardens are also encouraged to help on the weekends and weekdays after school.

Carter Estates
A homeless shelter in the city that is a free profit organization backed by funding from Giselle and Janella Carter that allows humans and hybrids to come and stay if they are homeless, battered, or even just orphaned. Carter Gardens students are encouraged to help out on the weekends.
