 Theo's Apartment Complex
A normal-looking, slightly rundown apartment complex owned by an old, grumpy man named Theo. Underneath the complex is a large sub-basement where the small hybrid group called "The Underground" reside and run their anti-Encore operations against the corporations, spying and gathering information, and have a clinic of former Encore doctors who help only other hybrids, no matter if the hybrid is good or bad...just not Exodus.
